Bertrand Jolibert
Panel Operations Director, Europe
Bertrand joined Lightspeed Research in August 2006 as Panel Operations Director, Europe. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of Lightspeed Research Consumer Panels in Europe. He is heavily involved in building the right panel capacity in relation to Lightspeed Research business and client needs.
An expert in online research, Bertrand has extensive experience in consumer and B2B/Healthcare panel building, panel management and panel operations management.
Previously, Bertrand worked for RONIN Corp, as Head of Department, responsible for the B2B/Healthcare panels and sampling activities. There he built and developed B2B/Healthcare worldwide capacities, used today for online and telephone data collection. Before this role Bertrand was a Manager at ACNielsen-BASES in Brussels, in charge of the European ePanel Operations. He started his career as a Director at Ipsos Access Panels in Paris, in charge of the Ipsos European online panels.
Bertrand graduated from Grenoble Graduate School of Business (France). He has a Master’s degree in Political Sciences from the Grenoble Political Sciences Institute and a Master’s degree in Market Research from Grenoble University. His passions include skiing, cycling and trains.
