Jacki Spear
Jacki Spear, Vice President of Business Development
Jacki joined Lightspeed Research in October of 2008 and has over 20 years of experience in the marketing research industry. Her role is client facing and solutions-oriented. Jacki works with clients to understand the scope of their business and provide the best solutions possible. Additionally, she is charged with helping clients to understand Lightspeed Research’s capabilities including, but not limited to the advances in technology, panel development and quality initiatives.
Jacki served as President of the New York Chapter of the Market Research Association in 2006 and served five consecutive years on the organization’s board of directors. She has served on numerous committees for the MRA and CASRO and currently is the Membership Chair for National MRA. Jacki’s deep commitment and involvement in market research associations helps to keep clients up to date with current trends and industry initiatives. She prides herself on being a resource for her clients.
Prior to joining Lightspeed Research, Jacki worked in a business development capacity for major marketing research suppliers including Harris Interactive and Online Survey Solution – a division of The M/A/R/C Group. She also worked as an onsite field supervisor for Taurus Market Research and owned a consulting company, JLS Services, in which she participated in moderating focus groups, report writing and questionnaire design. Her background is highly diverse and covers different research methodologies and techniques.
Jacki earned her B.S.B.A. in English and Education at Rutgers Douglass College, New Brunswick, N.J.
